#FODMAP Gravy
I experimented yesterday with making a #FODMAP Friendly gravy and I turned out pretty good.
I grilled two chicken breasts count in half in a skillet
When done I removed the Chicken and then grilled five mushroom in the same pan.
When Mushrooms were done I added about 3 Table spoons of red wine vinegar to deglaze the pan.
Next I put abut 2 TBS of rice flour in a glass and mixed it with a cup of water to get out all of the lumps.
I then dumped the mixture in the skillet with the mushrooms and stored until thick. More water may be needed.
Finally added the chicken back to the pan.
